How to program Astra key with OPCOM 2012V

Before using OP COM China Clone to make key for your Astra, 4 things you need to know in advance.

1. NEW remote central locking board (PCB) to the car
2. A key to the car

Step1. Insert your NEW remote central locking board into your key;
Step2. Put the key into the ignition and turn but Do Not crank the engine;
Step3. Connect OPCOM with your car and your computer (that has already finished software installation);
Step4. Open OPCOM software and click on “DIAGNOSTICS” (mark red at picture below);

Step5. A vehicle identification menu will pop out in the next page. Select your car year;
Step6. And then select your car model;
Step7. Select “BODY” from the menu.

Step8. Select “ANTI THEFT WARNING”;
Step9. Press “PROGRAMMING” button (locate on the right hand side of the screen);
Step10. Select “SECURITY CODE” (this should be the only one available at the time).
Step11. Enter your “SECURITY CODE” and click OK.
Step12. Select “PROGRAMMING REMOTE CAR KEY”;
Step13. Follow the on screen instructions.
Step14. Click “CLOSE”.
Step15. Open and close door, try locking your door and then dead lock it. Once you have done this, unlock and all should be done.

Forced DPF Regeneration

You can start the forced regeneration on the following models:

Astra-H
 Z19DT, Z19DTH, Z19DTL, Z17DTR, Z17DTJ
Zafira-B

Warning
The exhaust gas temperature will increase to over 600 °C, so you must perform this outside,
on a non-flammable ground.
The regeneration procedure is completely controlled by the engine control unit.
Prerequisites
 Engine is running at idle
 Engine is fully warmed up
 To avoid consequential damages, the DPF regeneration must be executed only once!

Note, after "DPF Regeneration" is finished live data "Diesel Particulate Filter
Saturation" will show 70%. When engine controller has performed a dynamic

regeneration value will be changed.

Diesel Pump Programming - opcom user manual

Donor-car
 Remove dieselpump from donor-car
 Attention: You will need donor-car's Security Code!

Car where donor-pump needs to be installed
 Install dieselpump in the car
 Set up communication with ECM
 Select [Programming]
 Select [Reset ECU]
 Enter donor-car's Security Code

This will reset the previously learnt security code. Then, your engine ECU (which is inside the
pump) will be resetted, so you can learn it to the new car.
 Set up communication with Immobilizer module
 Select [Programming]
 Enter Security Code of car where you have installed the dieselpump
 Select [Immobilizer Function Programming]
 Select [ECM (Motor Module) replaced]

This will learns the new Security Code to the engine control module.
Astra-G and Zafira-A can also be installed with a VP44/PSG5 for Y20DTH. These PSG5 units

don't need to be reset.
Vectra-C / Signum PSG16

Donor-car
 Remove the diesel pump from donor-car
 Attention: You will need donor-car's Security Code!

Car where donor-pump needs to be installed
 Install diesel pump in the car
 Set up communication with ECM
 Select [Programming] Select [Reset ECU]
 Enter donor-car's Security Code

This will reset the previously learnt security code. Then, your engine ECU (which is inside the
pump) will need to be reset, so you can learn it to the new car.

 Set up communication with CIM module
 Select [Programming]
 Enter Security Code of car where you have installed the diesel pump
 Select [Immobilizer Function Programming]
 Select [ECM (Motor Module) replaced]

This will learns the new Security Code to the engine control module.
Reset immobilizer related controllers
Then, you need to go into each module, for which you have a corresponding fault code stored
in the CIM module (see below), and do a reset/programming cycle with the security code of
the car.

Step 1: Download free 2014 op-com software, and install the program.

OP COM USB diagnostic interface for Opel and Vauxhall firmware has newly updated to V1.59. Here is the step-by-step instruction on how to install opcom China Clone software.

Software version (SW): 08/2010
Firmware version (FW): V1.59

How to install OP-COM 1.59 software?

1)    Install Op-com driver

Open My Computer
Open OP-COM (E:) CD software
Create a new folder “op-com” on Local Disk (C:)
Copy all files in OP-COM CD to the “op-com” folder

Send OP-COM Diagnostic software to Desktop (create shortcut)
Connect China clone OP-COM V1.59 interface with computer via USB port
Wait the system to detect hardware wizard
Select “Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)”, click “Next

Include and browse location to C:op-comDrivers, click OK

Click “Next”
Click “Next”
Click “Finish” when opcom driver is completely installed

Open My Computer>>Manager>>Device Manager>>Universal Serial Bus controllers>>USB Serial Converter to make sure well communication is built


2) Run Op-com software and diagnose

Plug the op-com cable with vehicle via OBD diagnostic socket
Open “Shortcut to OP-COM” software on desktop

The click “Clear Fault Codes” to erase error codes

Change Opel unlock settings with OPCOM Op-com 2012V OBD

Opel Corsa C is able to change how car unlocks. The features can be activated with OPCOM China clone 2012 firmware 1.59 in order to have all doors open at the same time on the first press on the unlock button.

The opcom software will detect vehicle information
Select Programmingbutton on the right
Select Variant Configuration
Select and locate doors Unlocking Function
Change the Dr Door firststatus to Allat once
Click Program
After the windows display program finish notice, back and exit the op-com software
Disconnect OPCOM cable
Turn ignition OFF

Press down the unlock button on the fob, all doors will unlock at this time

Reset 2002 Astra-G ECM Using OPCOM 2012V 1.59

OPCOM 2012V firmware 1.59 is mainly designed for almost all Opel vehicles diagnostics, even new cars with CAN-BUS based diagnostic, such as Vectra-C, Astra-H and Zafira-B.




The following part is about how OPCOM 2012V Can OBD2 Opel reset ECM (Engine Control Module) for 2012 Astra-G. You need to set ECM back to its factory default state prior to have a replacement/resetting. Under this case, you can install it into another car.

Hook up OPCOM scan tool to your vehicle and laptop;
You can check that the vehicle is immobilizer equipped – the Immobilizer Function Programmed is grey or not;
Open up the Immobilizer;
Go to “IMMO2 Special Functions”, and you will see “Reset Engine Control Module” function is available;
Click on the button and the swap will start.

Important Note:

1. After using this function, you may not be able to start the engine.
2. Each factory default state Engine ECU has some limited running time without immobilizer (max 10 attempts to be exact). After that number, the Engine ECU will lock itself, and no more start is allowed without a fully functioning immobilizer.
3. before you swap or replace any immobilizer related component (Engine ECU, Immobilizer ECU), you have to reset them first.

The arming of the immobilizer has some delay (usually 5-10 min), so within five or ten minutes, you may be able to start the car. But after this delay expires, you won’t be able to start the engine at all, as the immobilizer will lock the vehicle. An indicator light (SVS, or MIL) will be flashing on the dash, showing an immobilizer related problem.
Kindly Note:
Never Update OPCOM Online, Otherwise Cause Damage!

How to Repair OP COM 2012V China clone Off

Here is a new HS OPCOM 1.59 interface.

I did not connect on either the USB or the 12Vdc ... prudent and I have no idea of ​​the problems it is neither the circumstances in
why it happened.

After dismantling, failure is immediately visible:

SECTION 1 : Identification


After selecting "Dignostics", appears a list of years to select the model year (not the year of manufacture). 
For example, my voiturte was manufactured in 2005, while it is a 2006 model.
 
To be sure, just double click "Automatic Vehicle Identification"



Then clicking "CAN" windows appear and disappear, leaving the previous window with the vehicle information:

PART 2 : Diagnostic / Parameterization 
Then comes the different possibilities of diagnosable areas:

ENGINE:

The OPCOM 1.59 connects to the engine and displays its characteristics, including the software release:

Programming allows you to program some motor parameters as the circumference of the wheels, or just the vehicle identification number.  Be careful not to do anything !!



This identification number must be the same for all the car element !! This number must be entered every time you install a new item as a new original radio or when you change the screen. 
Beware the ECU reset function, it resets the engine control unit. After, it does not work and requires Adobe Tech2 to be reconfigured. It is the same for all the other computers.

This architecture is valid for all searchable items with OPCOM.
